Ingredients: Black Turtle Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Red Onion, Red Capsicum, Young Green Jackfruit, Green Beans, Homemade Vegetable Stock, Tomatoes, Orange juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Garlic, Orange Zest, Celtic Sea Salt, Coconut Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Pepper, Spices

How to Prepare: Heat in a pot on medium temperature and stir occasionally, remove before boiling. Great as Nachos, on toast or in a wrap. Serve with brown rice or Quinoa for increased nutrients....and don't forget some fresh herbs or sprouts for the 'living' component.
