Ingredients: Mung Beans, Tomatoes, Coconut Cream, Onion, Mushrooms, Potato, Green Beans, Pumpkin, Broccoli, Homemade Vegetable Stock, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Paprika, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Curry Leaves, Spices, Celtic Sea Salt, Coconut Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar. Please note: vegetables may vary with availability

How to Prepare: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Heat in a pot on low to medium for 15-20 minutes. Or place in an oven dish, cover and cook on 180 for 30 minutes. Serve with brown rice or quinoa for increased nutrients.
