Sri Lankan Curry

Tomato and coconut sauce with a mild to medium heat from black pepper and green chilli.

  • Quite different to any Indian or Thai style curry
  • Aduki beans are one of the best plant-based sources of protien and iron with an outstanding nutritional profile
  • The combination of Aduzki Beans and vegetables make this one a particularly filling meal

Ingredients: Adzuki Beans, Tomatoes, Coconut Cream, Sweet Potato, Cauliflower, Onion, Mushrooms, Green Beans, Homemade Vegetable Stock, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Paprika, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Curry Leaves, Spices, Celtic Sea Salt, Coconut Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar. Please note: vegetables may vary with seasons and availability

How to Prepare: Defrost in the fridge overnight, and you may need to remove from fridge an hour before heating Heat in a pot on low to medium for 15-20 minutes. Serve with brown rice or quinoa. Remember our body also requires living foods, so consider adding a handful of fresh herbs when serving and/or consider serving on a bed of fresh leaves, finely sliced cabbage or any vegetable of choice instead of a grain.
