How to Prepare: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Heat in a pot to bring soup to a simmer. Meanwhile, cook noodles of choice, finely sliced vegetables of choice. Arrange all in deep bowls and pour over piping hot Laska Soup. Great to add bean shoots and fresh coriander. For any ingredients requiring a little more cook time, poach in Laska broth before serving
