Ingredients: Onion, Carrots, Coconut Cream, Red Capsicum, Choko, Red Cabbage, Green Beans, Broccoli Stems, Homemade Vegetable Stock, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Spices, Curry Leaves, Fysh Sauce, Lime Juice. Please note: vegetables may vary depending on availability
How to Prepare: Heat in a pot on low to medium for 15-20 minutes. Or place in an oven dish, cover and cook on 180 for 30 minutes. Serve with brown rice or quinoa for increased nutrients. For something a little different, use as the filling in a whole baked potato or sweet potato.
