Ingredients: Thai Eggplant, Carrot, Pumpkin, Broccoli, Snow Peas, Coconut Cream, Homemade Vegetable Stock, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Root, Green Chilli, Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Spices, Lime Juice, Fysh Sauce, Coconut Sugar. How to Prepare: Heat in a pot on low to medium for 15 minutes. Serve with brown rice or quinoa for increased nutrients
